Racer Work Bench provides a comprehensive racing data management platform that allows users to:

• Track racing passes and performance data
• Manage parts inventory and maintenance schedules
• Store photos and documents
• Access analytics and insights
• Collaborate with tuners (for applicable subscription plans)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans include:

• Tuner Plans
• Enterprise

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free tier access continues after cancellation

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service (photos, data, documents). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups for data protection
• Display your content back to you

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is abusive, harassing, or offensive

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or commercialize the Service without authorization

7. Storage Limits

Storage limits vary by subscription plan:

• Paid Plans: Increased storage based on plan tier

We reserve the right to limit or remove content that exceeds your plan's storage limits.

While we perform regular backups:

• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups

• Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACER WORK BENCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Racer Work Bench from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before permanent deletion.
